1. Mayor Fenner called the meeting to order @ 6:00 p.m.
Mayor Fenner asked if council had any Conflict of Interest that which to declare. No member of council declared any conflict to the subject at hand.
2. First Reading of By-Law 20A-7 – A by-law to amend the Village of Plaster Rock Rural Plan By-Law Nol. 20A
Mayor Fenner read the following; By-law No. 20A – 7 -A By-Law to amend the Village of Plaster Rock Rural Plan By-law No. 20A
Pursuant to Sections 33(1), 59 (Specific Proposal Rezoning) and 117 of the Community Planning Act Chapter 19, the Municipal Council of the Village of Plaster Rock, duly convened, makes the following amendments to Rural Plan By-law 20A as follows:
“Notwithstanding any other provision of this By-law, a “group home” is a permitted main use in the Multiple Unit Residential Zone (R-2) on the property described as PID 65021586 (civic address 73 Brook Street).”
This By-law is subject to the conditions and provisions presented by way of resolution of the Village Council and attached hereto as Appendix “1”
This By-law shall come into effect upon approval of the Village Council of Plaster Rock and its filing in the Registry Office for Victoria County.
